September was a month of travel. I spent a week in Ann Arbor helping Tina with Ethan while Jim was in Switzerland at a conference...

So that week it was just Tina, Ethan and me. We did some projects around the house, did some bar-b-cue, went to dinner in Greektown in Detroit, went to a car show and to a very special vintage engine show: appropriate for Detroit?

Vintage engine enthusiasts are big in Ann Arbor. We went to one of their shows where we were treated to a wide range of popping, smoking engines, bean soup & corn and most of all, just nice eople, experts in rebuilding and ready to talk about their favorite subject: engines.
